Owner, Austin Nieman, started his business in 2019 under the name Nieman Construction which later became HTP Carpentry and Renovations LLC in 2021 to honor his late father-in-law. Austin has been working in the residential construction business for the last 14 years. He has had many opportunities over the years to work with great mentors who have shown him everything he needs to know about construction and operating a business.

Austin is a BLA local, born and raised in the area, and a family man. He lives in Ideal Township with his wife and two young daughters. In the very little spare time he has, he is also a volunteer firefighter for Ideal Township.

Austin prides himself on being economically resourceful and responsible. He is willing to work with your budget to make your dreams a reality while still providing high quality work. He holds customer relations and communications as a high priority and wants all of his clients to have the best experience possible when working with HTP.
